El Bulli one of the worlds top restaurants in Catalunya Spain. Adrian Feran chef, molecular gastronomist and winner of 2 michelin stars, el bulli winner of 3 total. he runs el bulli, i want to go to there. He is the einstein of food and a leader in progressive cuisine haute. here are some pics of his kitchen (prestine and impressive) some food (forward, artistic) and the entrance to the restaurant along with a pic of adrian. its been around since the 60's and he started running the kitchen in the 80's a modern master.

Los Crudos- Assesinos
I just finished watching "Mas alla de los Gritos" or "Beyond the Screams" a documentary about the latino/chicano involvment in punk and hardcore. A really great film, i miss seeing los crudos. They are one of the bands that helped me deal with kids calling me a spic. Los Crudos ruled and will always rule and i support all of the current projects from the band members. The film inspired me to post the song assesinos.
FUGAZI
I dont know why i havent posted Fugazi earlier seeing as they are a large part of my being and inspiration. I am Thankful that i got to be inspired and moved by these fellows and i would like to see them live again soon.Waiting room live brought good memories and tears to my eyes :)

Not that big on the fact that this is a BMW commercial but still this dude is brilliant and i want to learn more about him. i love when artists push the boundaries of their minds and art and are completely forward thinking.

EDGE the movie
I got to go down to Athens Ohio to see "EDGE the movie" last night at the BrownTown punk house. The browntown kids are cool and welcoming and both of the directors were they, also cool. they did a great job of documenting the straight edge philosophy and the documentarty was well executed.

Thanks to the laughing squid for this.The Anne Frank Museum has uploaded the only existing film footage of Anne Frank to the new Anne Frank YouTube channel. The film was shot on July 22nd, 1941 outside her home in Amsterdam during a neighbor’s wedding.
July 22 1941. The girl next door is getting married. Anne Frank is leaning out of the window of her house in Amsterdam to get a good look at the bride and groom. It is the only time Anne Frank has ever been captured on film. At the time of her wedding, the bride lived on the second floor at Merwedeplein 39. The Frank family lived at number 37, also on the second floor.

i dont know why i havent posted anything about thich naht hanh earlier, he is a modern master and teacher and an inspiration. i got into him when i was 15 and he helped shape my heart. he always fascinates me and i learn so much from him. this is a solid 6 minutes, learn.
